Transfer & Capitalization

Transfer & Capitalization
of the Deliverables

Transferability is an integral part of the project, designed from the outset to ensure that its results, lessons and tools can be shared, adapted and reused beyond the partner territories.

Why transfer and capitalisation matter

The project is designed to generate value beyond the territories directly involved.
Transfer and capitalisation ensure that the knowledge, experience and results produced do not remain isolated, but contribute to wider learning and long-term impact.
This approach allows tested solutions and strategic insights to inform other territories facing similar challenges.

What is being capitalised ?

Capitalisation focuses on what has been learned through practice.
This includes strategic framework, Local Action Plans, methodologies, tools and concrete experiences emerging from implementation. Both successes and limitations are considered, providing a realistic and usable knowledge base.

How the transfer is organised ?

Transfer is built on exchange rather than replication.
Partners share experiences through peer-to-peer discussions, thematic workshops and joint reflection moments, allowing approaches to be adapted to different territorial contexts.
This process supports mutual learning and strengthens cooperation across the partnership.

From transfer to wider impact

Beyond the project, capitalised results are intended to support other territories, policy processes and future initiatives.
By making knowledge accessible and adaptable, the project contributes to scaling up effective approaches and reinforcing territorial strategies at different levels.
